Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN)

About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient, resident, and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and delegate care tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
• Communicate patient information during and between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school, currently licensed or awaiting licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
