About the role

Join Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider in long-term care, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with 12-hour day and night shifts, updated pay rates, and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $31.00 per hour.

• Weekend Warrior differential: +$6/hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Evening shift differential: +$2/hour.
• Night shift differential: +$3/hour.
• $15,000 retention bonus available.
