About the Role

Provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort, ensuring adherence to nursing practice guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties within the scope of nursing practice.
• Monitors patient activities and supports patient safety and comfort.
• Works in various departments such as Emergency, Med/Surg, ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Room.
• Uses unit-specific equipment and follows established protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Eligible to take the nursing licensure exam.
• No prior experience required.
• Must hold a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or complete one during probation.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working in high-risk environments.
