Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

About the Role

The Graduate Nurse position offers a transitional role for newly graduated nurses to gain clinical experience, assist with patient care, and prepare for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support RNs.
• Interact with healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Learn nursing procedures and understand disease processes.
• Adapt to the hospital environment.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with patient care activities appropriate to training and competency.
• Participate in mentorship and structured curriculum to develop skills and confidence.

Requirements

• CPR certification required.
• Completion of RN program and eligibility to sit for NCLEX.
• Must take NCLEX within six months of Graduate Nurse status.
