Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as delegated by a physician
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Assess and address patient needs related to physical, emotional, and psychological health
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
• Graduate nurses and new RNs are accepted

• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• $45.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

• Variable schedule to accommodate patient care needs

Additional Information

• Eligible for up to a $36,000 sign on bonus
• Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
• MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
