Role & Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care appropriate to training and competency, assist RNs with patient activities, and promote excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Gain clinical experience by learning nursing procedures, understanding disease processes, and interacting with healthcare team members.
Build relationships with patients and families, ensuring coordinated care, and celebrating patient milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- CPR certification required.
- Completion of RN program and eligibility to sit for NCLEX.
- Must take NCLEX within six months of becoming a Graduate Nurse.
