Graduate Mechanical Engineer - Industrial

About the role

This position will be within our Industrial Division working on projects focused on Power Generation, Central Utility Plants, Industrial and Process Manufacturing Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, studies, permits and designs for assigned projects.
• Utilizes computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Affixes to client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
• “Teams” with Senior Engineer and participates in all the work the Senior Engineer is performing as an observer.
• Operates engineering software to solve specific problems, and inputs the data required by the program.
• Familiarizes themselves with state-of-the-art design and various state and local regulations.
• Works to increase technical competency in the design of compressible and incompressible piping systems, development of Process Flow and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, and general Industrial and Process design.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a Mechanical degree from ABET accredited school.
• Past experience through co-op or summer internships helpful.
• E.I.T a plus.
