Further’s Graduate hiring program offers a full-time role where you'll apply your university training to real-world client challenges and technology solutions. You’ll drive powerful insights for brands like Verizon, American Cancer Society, Behr Paint, and more right from the start. Located in the heart of Cleveland in the Flats East Bank, you’ll gain cross-functional experience and build a strong foundation to kickstart your career.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to client projects and strategic solutions early.
- Growing your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship.
- Helping shape our client success stories. Your work will matter.
- While starting with support, you will progress to completing tasks and assignments independently with limited oversight by the end of the year.
- Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team.
- Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives using modern tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.). You won’t just build dashboards; you will derive actionable insights that drive client strategy and ensure data integrity.
- Support the full experimentation lifecycle by helping design statistically sound hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results. You will move beyond crunching numbers to validate business ideas, identifying significant trends that prove (or disprove) the impact of client initiatives.
- Stakeholder interaction and communication including requirements gathering, transparent and clear communication both internally and externally, and using our hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems.
Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or other applicable degree.
- Beginner proficiency or coursework in research, basic statistical literacy, basic data visualization.
- A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery. We are looking for builders who leverage AI to speed up tasks, automate workflows, and proactively ship high-quality work faster than traditional methods allow.
