What You Will Contribute To OHM Advisors As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team here you’ll gain exposure to a range of civil engineering projects. You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions for our clients. Your Responsibilities Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawingsReview project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.Maintain organized project files and design documentation.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical fieldExperience working in AutoCAD or MicroStationEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferredInternship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment Benefits At OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
