Graduate Assistant - Stelter ARRIVE Grant
About the role
A graduate student in an institution within the Texas Tech University System employed in support of a department or unit responsible for work assigned by the supervisor within the unit or department which utilizes knowledge beyond undergraduate academic studies.
Major/Essential Functions
- Provide support and coaching, as part of the ARRIVE Program, to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are working within an inclusive, supported work role on the TTUHSC Lubbock campus.
- Aid faculty and students as a classroom/program assistant.

Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in the graduate program of an institution within the Texas Tech University System.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and/or Knowledge of strategies such as visual and verbal prompts to assist persons with disabilities with work-focused performance expectations.
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities.

Pay
