Graduate Assistant, Interprofessional Education and Practice
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Interprofessional Education & Practice in Boca Raton, FL. This role supports programming data collection, assessment, grant writing, and communication content creation for the office’s website and newsletter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative functions, including database maintenance, workshop logistics, and data collection for program assessment and reporting.
- Provide research-based recommendations for developing and implementing IPE&P assessment tools.
- Maintain, analyze, and update assessment records for reporting purposes.
- Update office website dashboards and partnership GIS mapping.
- Conduct presentations to students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- Research and other duties as assigned.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop an understanding of strategic planning and policy creation related to University, Divisional, and Departmental learning outcomes and goals.
- Create assessment tools and reporting strategies to highlight FAU’s community commitment.
- Gain skills in presenting, training, and assessing strategies, policies, and programs.
Evaluation & Assessment
The Graduate Assistant will be evaluated regularly through weekly one-on-one meetings and required to submit written reports.
Requirements
- FAU degree-seeking graduate student with a minimum of five credit hours (nine if international) and a 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
Pay
$18.00 hourly for master’s level. $25.00 hourly for doctoral level.
Schedule
Part-time, up to 10 hours weekly. Work days and hours: Monday–Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Final candidates will be required to provide official sealed transcripts and may undergo pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug screening.
