Graduate Assistant - Imaginarium (Part-Time)
About the role
The GA Administrative Assistant provides project support to various initiatives and staff in the Imaginarium. This position requires strong skills in organization and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements, and taking messages
- Maintain program database as needed
- Help organize, plan, and participate in grant-related activities
- Assist in curation, production, and distribution of resources boxes
- Oversee program and staff supplies and needs
Requirements
All employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of ministry is preferred
- Event planning and administrative experience required
- Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
