Qualifications
- Enrollment: Must be currently accepted in a Master program at Albertus Magnus College in one of the following areas: Accounting (only two spots available), Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Management and Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration (only two spots available)
- Primary Responsibilities
- Aid coaches in running practice and games
- Help with washing team jerseys after games
- Set up meal orders for away games
- Facilitate study hall in the library
- Organize team bonding or "Falcon Family" groups
- Observe team lift
- Meet with some recruits on campus/helping with tours
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for multiple hours
- Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in [Microsoft Office/Google Workspace]
- Previous experience at the collegiate, club, and/or scholastic levels as a student-athlete and/or coach
- Knowledge of collegiate rules and a demonstrated compliance with said rules
- Skills
- Relevant work experience may be substituted to meet qualifications for the position
- Gain hands-on experience in
- Mentorship skills through interaction with undergraduate students
- Opportunity to be credited in academic publications or present at conferences
