Graduate Assistant Coach Womens Lacrosse

Qualifications

• Enrollment: Must be currently accepted in a Master program at Albertus Magnus College in one of the following areas: Accounting (only two spots available), Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Management and Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration (only two spots available)
• Primary Responsibilities
• Aid coaches in running practice and games
• Help with washing team jerseys after games
• Set up meal orders for away games
• Facilitate study hall in the library
• Organize team bonding or "Falcon Family" groups
• Observe team lift
• Meet with some recruits on campus/helping with tours
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for multiple hours
• Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in [Microsoft Office/Google Workspace]
• Previous experience at the collegiate, club, and/or scholastic levels as a student-athlete and/or coach
• Knowledge of collegiate rules and a demonstrated compliance with said rules
• Skills
• Relevant work experience may be substituted to meet qualifications for the position
