About the role
Work directly with MU Research and Instruction Librarians, Circulation, and MU Online Design Center to provide quality reference, circulation, and teaching services to all students, faculty, and staff. May include nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide reference and circulation services to students, faculty, and staff
- Teach library instruction sessions
- May work evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of library systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Experience in a library setting preferred
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
