About the role

The Graduate Assistant Coach will work with Men and Women's Tennis. This position is a two-year position that includes tuition remission and a stipend of $666.67 per month worked. The appointment begins in June 2026 and acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University’s Graduate School.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting
• Coaching and practice planning
• Academic monitoring
• Video breakdown
• Team travel
• Other coaching duties or administrative duties as assigned by the head coach

Qualifications

• Previous playing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Acceptance into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program (required prior to start)
• Strong communication, leadership, detailed-oriented, and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Valid driver's license
