We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, program, responsibilities, requirements, location, timeline, benefits, salary, schedule/hybrid policy. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse content: - About the role: description of company, program, what you'll do, etc. Could be a paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "Your responsibilities may include: Designing engineering solutions Conducting and monitoring site inspections Joining project and client meetings Refining technical designs and documentation Analyzing reports and specifications Exploring project and client management Leveraging digital tools and innovation Driving sustainable outcomes Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network" - Requirements: maybe "To be considered for this 2027 opportunity, here’s what you’ll need:" then bullet list: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, or related field; Demonstrated interest...; Creative thinking skills...; Proficient communication...; Resilient, solution-oriented mindset...; Ability to build and maintain relationships...; Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat requirements as qualifications. However we need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include only those with real content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe also Qualifications but same), Skills (maybe we can extract skills from list: Creative thinking, communication, relationship building, collaborative spirit). Could combine into Skills section. But we already have Requirements covering degree and experience; Skills could be separate. However we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one? But headings are prescribed; we can choose to include only those we have substantive content for. Let's see: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes list. - Requirements: yes degree and experience. - Qualifications: maybe same as requirements; but we could skip to avoid duplication. - Skills: we have list of skills: Creative thinking skills, Proficient communication and presentation skills, Resilient solution-oriented mindset, Ability to build and maintain relationships, Collaborative spirit. Could be a Skills section. - Benefits: yes detailed benefits. - Pay: yes salary range $74,000 - $91,000. - Schedule: yes hybrid policy: minimum three days per week in office, in-office culture, etc. Thus we can include all eight sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove application instructions (like timeline? Actually timeline is part of recruitment season; that's substantive? It's about application window etc. Might be considered part of process but not explicitly listed as a section; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate "Timeline" but not in allowed headings. Since not allowed, we could omit timeline or incorporate into About the role as prose. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the timeline (application window opens/closes, interviews, hiring decisions, start date) as application instructions. So we will not include that. Also remove "Location(s): Arlington, VA, US Contract Type: Regular (US only) Work Pattern: Full Time Market: Environment and society Discipline: Consultancy Job Ref: 16782 Recruiter Contact: Erika Fonseca" - that's metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is relevant for schedule/commute; we already have location mentioned: "This position is located in Arlington / NYC. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy." So we can keep that in About the role or Schedule. We'll keep location in About the role maybe. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details about benefits, salary, hybrid policy, responsibilities list, requirements list, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Our hybrid approach centers on an in-office culture, with most of your time spent collaborating face-to-face and a minimum of three days per week in the office. We balance flexibility with connection, so you and your manager can choose how to meet client, team, and personal commitments.

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Also removed duplicated lines. Good. Check that we didn't include job title heading. No. All content preserved? We omitted the timeline (application window etc.) as per instruction to remove application instructions. That's okay. We omitted the "Build your career while helping shape what comes next." paragraph? Actually we included some of that in About the role? We included "Build your career while helping shape what comes next."? Not exactly. The original had: "Build your career while helping shape what comes next. At Mott MacDonald, you will be encouraged to explore your potential, share your ideas, and make meaningful contributions from the start. Learning and development experiences that support your career goals Dedicated mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals Employee Resource Groups that help build connection and community Meaningful opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow every day Bring your curiosity, compassion, and drive to make a difference. If you are ready to join a collaborative engineering consultancy where your perspective is valued, your development is supported, and you are empowered to lead with integrity, we would love to hear from you." We omitted that paragraph. Is that substantive? It's more about culture and encouragement. Could be considered part of About the role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep that content. We can incorporate into About the role paragraph. Let's add a sentence: "At Mott MacDonald, you will be encouraged to explore your potential, share your ideas, and make meaningful contributions from the start. Learning and development experiences support your career goals, with dedicated mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, employee resource groups that help build connection and community, and meaningful opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow every day. Bring your curiosity, compassion, and drive to make a difference. If you are ready to join a collaborative engineering consultancy where your perspective is valued, your development is supported, and you are empowered to lead with integrity, we would love to hear from you." We need to ensure not to repeat too much but it's okay. Also we omitted "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US, as Mott MacDonald is unable to provide sponsorship at this time." That's a requirement about work authorization. Should be included maybe in Requirements or Skills? It's a requirement. We can add to Requirements list. Also we removed "Equal opportunity is the law..." etc. That's boilerplate EEO, remove. We also removed "English version Spanish version Chinese version" etc. We also removed "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to ..." that's EEO, remove. We also removed "Location(s): Arlington, VA, US Contract Type: Regular (US only) Work Pattern: Full Time Market: Environment and society Discipline: Consultancy Job Ref: 16782 Recruiter Contact: Erika Fonseca" - we kept location in About the role; the rest is metadata, can drop. Now incorporate work authorization into Requirements. Let's update Requirements list: - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, or related field - Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US (no sponsorship available) Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving" we have in Skills. Good. "Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues" in Skills. "Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value" in Skills. "Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders" in Skills. "Collaborative spirit
