About the role
Responsible for grading carcasses in the cooler department.
Responsibilities
- Operate the grading scanner and grading tagger
- Push and switch carcasses
- Perform cold and hot scale operations
- Rib and saw cattle
- Sort and organize cattle
- Assist cooler management in all areas
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; start time is 4:30 am but subject to change
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to read and write English
