Grader - Trading Cards - Second Shift - $1,000 Hiring Bonus
About the role
Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) is seeking world-class Cards Graders to join our Cards Team dedicated to expert and impartial sports cards and trading cards grading.
Responsibilities
- Researches, identifies, and authenticates collectible trading cards and sports cards
- Affirms the condition, quality and furthermore grades the item using established standards
- Maintains superior grading standards
- Enters grading data into computer system
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Trading Card required
- Expansive knowledge as it relates to card printing, including printing processes, variants, and errors
- 1 – 3 years of direct grading experience as a card grader or as a dealer/collector with extensive grading submission history
- Detail oriented with the ability to detect counterfeit and altered cards with a high level of accuracy
- Maintains the highest level of integrity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as business needs arise
Qualifications
Salary is commensurate with experience and ability (Minimum $24.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential for second shift positions).
$1,000 bonus for new employees who start in this role by August 31, 2026*
