Grade / General Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervises crew(s) and coordinates/assists the Project Management Team.
• Performs operations to meet job cost, schedule, and production goals.
• Willing to perform all related tasks to support projects.
• Ensures the company’s health and safety culture, policies, and requirements are met.
• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers and co‑workers.
• Knowledgeable of material and equipment requirements.
• Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Supervise and manage individuals.
• Read plans and have a working knowledge of standards and specifications.
• Able to organize, plan, and schedule work.
• Ability to communicate with employees, vendors, inspectors, and owners’ representatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Must pass pre‑employment physical/drug screening.

Pay

For this role the base hourly range is $25.00‑$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package provided to recognize employees for their work.
