About the Role

Plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. This description applies to elementary, middle, and high school ESOL teachers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the instructional program designated by the School District for Grade 4 ESOL students.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Assess and record student progress; provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning and school goals.

Requirements

• Valid Oregon teaching license with an ESOL endorsement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement instructional programs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $53,831 – $105,956, prorated based on FTE.
