3. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
4. Current Resume
5. Copy of Valid California Public School Credentials
6. Copy of CTC Certificate of Clearance (COC)
7. Copy of Transcripts (Unofficial Accepted for Application Purposes)
8. Copy of MSAT, CSET, SSAT, OR PRAXIS OR other documentation of Subject Matter Competence
9. English Learner Authorization (CLAD, or authorization embedded in credential)
