Grad Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail environment while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathetic service
• Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace culture
• Support additional patient health care services as allowed by law and training
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Attention and focus to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical reasoning to solve problems related to prescription filling
• Problem resolution to handle challenging patient or colleague interactions
• Physical demands to maintain mobility and perform tasks

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $23.75 - $42.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
