Grad Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams in ensuring smooth operations, prompt prescription filling, and accurate dispensing
• Provide empathetic and caring service to patients, including offering vaccinations and other services
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by resolving or escalating issues
• Operate as part of the pharmacy team, adhering to SOPs and best practices
• Participate in inventory activities, as permitted by law
• Support immunizations, including vaccine preparation and administration, patient education, and adverse reaction monitoring
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to enhance patient health and safety
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles

Requirements

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and across the market
• Attention to detail and focus on tasks
• Effective communication skills
• Basic mathematical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina and mobility

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings
• Ability to become immunization certified
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $23.75 - $42.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, typically working evenings, weekends, and across the market to meet business needs.
