Grad Pharmacist

We are looking for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers challenging opportunities to learn and grow professionally, with a focus on transforming health care for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
• Support pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations, prompt prescription filling, and safe, accurate dispensing
• Assist with patient care, including counseling, answering medical questions, and providing vaccinations
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive culture, demonstrating empathy and genuine care
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and ethical principles
• Support additional patient health care services, such as immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinic staffing

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and across the market in various locations
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
• Strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina to lift and move items, and flexibility to work different shifts

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $19.75 - $42.00 per hour.

Schedule
