We are looking for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a retail pharmacy setting, applying your pharmacy school knowledge to real-world scenarios. Responsibilities
- Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice
- Complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation
- Support pharmacy teams in ensuring smooth operations, prompt prescription filling, and accurate dispensing
- Provide empathetic and caring service to patients, including offering vaccinations and other services
- Contribute to positive patient experiences through proactive patient care and problem-solving
- Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as directed
- Support immunizations, including vaccine preparation and administration, patient education, and adverse reaction monitoring
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to enhance operational efficiency and patient care
Requirements
- PharmD graduate from an accredited U.S. pharmacy program
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe
- Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state guidelines
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and mathematical reasoning abilities
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and reaching
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in pharmacy
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving health care and patient outcomes

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $23.75 - $42.00 per hour. Please note that the actual pay may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a part-time position, typically working 20-30 hours per week. Shifts may vary and could include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
