Position Summary
Provides pharmaceutical care to Members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders under the direction of a Pharmacist. Counsel Members regarding health care and prescription medication needs, following company policies and procedures to support immunization programs. Maintain confidentiality of information and controlled medication procedures as permitted by local state and federal laws.
What you'll do...
- Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing, and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls.
- Oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews and develops and implements action plans.
- Ensures the accuracy of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and evaluates potential chemical interactions and side effects associated with prescribed medications.
- Ensures accurate dictation, communication, and interpretation of written prescriptions from physicians.
- Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local state and federal guidelines.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying Member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving Member issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
- Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process Member purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
- Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers and organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
- Maintains the Pharmacy area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Preferred: Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification - Certification.
Additional Information
- Minimum hourly wage range: $18.00 - $37.00*
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
