About the role
Responsible for operating finish blade/motor grader equipment to perform grading tasks in construction and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate finish blade/motor grader equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform grading tasks according to project specifications
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in construction or maintenance
- Proficiency in using finish blade/motor grader equipment
Qualifications
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
