GPR Project Manager - Dallas - Fort Worth, TX

About the role

Responsibilities

• Prevent rework and delays with accurate as-built documentation, including utility maps, 3D CAD, and BIM models.
• Provide precise subsurface and infrastructure data for construction services such as Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Concrete Scanning, Utility Locating, Void & Rebar Mapping, and Drone & Laser Scanning.
• Access up-to-date, layered facility records in SiteMap™, available 24/7 and securely stored.
• Manage facility and project management services through SiteMap™ Platform, Virtual Floorplan & BIM Integration, BOMA Heatmaps, and Historical Records.
• Provide a consultative approach to clients, with a Rapid Response Team of Project Managers trained in Subsurface Investigation Methodology (SIM).

Qualifications

• Drive and ability to learn how to use GPR and other equipment to complete locating projects.
• Possess skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Pass a thorough background check, drug screen (including ongoing random testing), and have a valid driver's license and driving record.
• Be physically capable of carrying up to 60 pounds and working on small to large construction sites.
• Have a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends as needed.
• Live within or be willing to move within 30 - 50 miles of posted city.

Pay

A successful candidate to join our team will receive a base salary + monthly bonus that brings a total annual income between $65,000 - $75,000, after initial paid training is complete.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including nights/weekends as needed.
