For our client, a leader in the Legal & Accounting space, we are seeking a Government Services Senior Manager specializing in FEMA to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large FEMA-funded recovery programs with a focus on compliance and financial oversight
  • Evaluate client needs and manage project scopes and quality control of deliverables
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and expansion of current relationships
  • Oversee all phases of program execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Interpret federal regulations to guide project implementation and manage client relationships
  • Engage actively in business development through conferences and proposal submissions
  • Advise leadership on FEMA policy changes and convert this into actionable strategies
  • Develop and maintain a network with government entities involved in disaster recovery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Policy or Emergency Management
  • 10+ years of experience in disaster recovery and emergency management
  • 5+ years in consulting, client support, and business development
  • 5+ years in a management or supervisory role
  • Expertise in FEMA disaster programs and compliance management

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
