Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements, industry practices and applications.
- Safeguards procedural documents for the Government and develops new process and procedures, as needed.
- Manages GFP transactions in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
- Supervises the Inventory Management Analyst and Inventory Clerks.
- Provides training to internal and external team members on property management procedures.
- Ensures all Government deliverables (procedures, reports, audit documentation, etc.) are prepared accurately and delivered on-time to Government customers.
- Captures contract property closeout, to include final physical inventory and DCMA Plant Clearance disposition.
- Coordinates with DCMA and DCAA.
- Provides property guidance on new business proposals.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with Government customer, team, and Business Area Managers.
- Requires strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Requires extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or operations discipline.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
