About the Role
The BOMA/GLA Government Affairs Committee evaluates local legislation impacting commercial real estate and serves as BOMA/GLA's primary advocacy body. The Committee may recommend legislative positions to the BOMA/GLA Board of Directors for final approval and provides input to the Director of Government and Public Affairs for ongoing advocacy efforts. Additionally, the committee engages with local policymakers to review proposed legislation.
