About Vertosoft Vertosoft is a small business focused on accelerating the adoption of technology in Government. With deep expertise across the government acquisition lifecycle, Vertosoft simplifies how public sector customers access innovative solutions. At Vertosoft, we value hard work, adaptability, and balance. Our culture encourages excellence and teamwork while supporting employee well-being through a flexible, collaborative work environment. Vertosoft is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to any characteristic protected by law. Salary Description $110,000- $210,000 We need to extract sections: - About the role: The paragraph after "About The Role" up to "What You’ll Do". That includes description of role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You’ll Do". It's a series of sentences each starting with a verb. Could treat as list. - Requirements: The section "Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications". Actually includes qualifications and requirements. We could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. We have qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, etc. Also skills: strategic thinking, communication, relationship-building, executive presentation, ownership, judgement, learning quickly, manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate, CRM experience. We could put qualifications under "Qualifications" heading, and skills under "Skills". Requirements maybe combine both? But we have a "Requirements" heading; we could put the list of required qualifications there. However we also have separate "Qualifications" heading. Might be redundant. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine where appropriate. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We also have "About Vertosoft" which is company description; could be included maybe under "About Vertosoft" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited to those; we could either omit or incorporate into About the role? Probably we should include as a separate section? The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It didn't restrict to only those headings; it gave examples of headings to use. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings; we could also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. The "About Vertosoft" is not in the list but could be considered as part of About the role? Might be okay to omit as it's not required headings. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop company description. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can include it under a heading like "About Vertosoft" using

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can add About Vertosoft. Similarly, we have "Hybrid work schedule based in Leesburg, VA" which is schedule info. Pay: OTE $110k-210k. Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, Federal holidays, career development. Schedule: Hybrid work schedule based in Leesburg, VA. We also have location: Leesburg, VA — Hybrid. Could be part of schedule. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove that. Also remove "Salary Description $110,000- $210,000" duplicate. Now craft HTML. We'll have:
