Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

As a GRC Analyst, you'll work on high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how to reason about security policies, compliance programs, and risk management the way a seasoned practitioner would.

This is a unique opportunity to directly shape how frontier AI understands and handles the compliance and risk scenarios that real organizations face every day.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
• Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in the GRC domain
• Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI systems learn from expert-level judgment

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
• Familiar with one or more security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar)
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy and audit documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
• Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools
