Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst, Information Technology Services (Exempt)

Responsibilities

• Supports the organization's governance, risk, and compliance efforts with a focus on healthcare regulations and patient data protection.
• Ensures adherence to industry standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collaborates with IT, compliance, and system departments to identify risks, implement controls, and maintain a strong security and compliance posture.
• Partners with leadership to ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• Education/License/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of enterprise information technology experience required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of information security, IT audit, or GRC experience required.
• Relevant cybersecurity, compliance, or risk manager certification (such as CISSP, HCISPP, CISA, CRISC, Security+) required or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire required.
• Strong understanding of HIPPA, HITECH, and healthcare regulatory environments.
• Experience with GRC platforms and leading incident response.

Starting Wage: $39.78/hourly
