Governance and CIO Strategy Analyst - Senior (TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

Position Summary

Provide governance, strategic planning, and operational support to CIO and enterprise IT leadership initiatives within a federal environment. Support IT governance and strategic planning activities
Assist with policy development and performance management initiatives
Prepare executive briefings, reports, and strategic documentation
Analyze operational and organizational processes
Cook up stakeholder meetings and action tracking
Support enterprise transformation and modernization efforts

Requirements

ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Strategic planning and governance
Business process analysis

Compensation

Compensation Range: 120k - 140k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. The organization reserves the right to modify compensation ranges at its discretion.)
