Responsibilities
- Achieve project objectives through direct client engagement.
- Support technical project managers in SDLC for project/program management offices.
- Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions with technical and functional expertise.
- Create and execute specialized methodologies and solutions for the government contracting industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methodologies and tools development, proposal participation, market research, and internal initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality client service across all interactions, including executive-level engagements.
- Manage project activities, delegate tasks, and oversee project team performance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to consultants, clients, and project team members.
- Contribute to the management of the Consulting Practice and develop a personal growth plan focusing on professional and practice development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in delivering financial and management consulting services.
- Experience in Consulting with Commercial Clients or a combination of Commercial and Federal Clients.
- Experience in Deltek/Costpoint Implementation engagements supporting commercial clients or a combination of Commercial/Federal clients.
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and exhibit appropriate ethical behavior.
- CPA, PMP, or other relevant certification is desired.
Pay
The compensation range for this role is $123,840 to $234,770. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
