About the role

We are seeking business owners and administrators who actively manage their Google Business Profile (GBP) to participate in a remote research initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update business information on your Google Business Profile
• Respond to customer inquiries or reviews
• Engage with customers and keep business information accurate and up to date
• Provide insights to improve AI-powered systems

Requirements

• Profile Ownership: Must be an active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Experience & Account History: Should regularly manage the profile, with preference given to accounts with at least one year of active history
• Prioritized Industries: Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, Professional Services
• Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow project guidelines independently, good written communication skills, comfortable working remotely

Qualifications

• No specialized technical expertise required beyond practical experience managing your own Google Business Profile
• Preference given to accounts with at least one year of active history
• Encouraged to apply even if you have a newer profile and demonstrate consistent engagement and profile management
