You will own the architecture for Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, Chat, Calendar, and Admin Console, ensuring a secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration platform for the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain the overall Google Workspace architecture, including OU structure, security policies, and governanceExperienced user of Chromebooks as Google Workspace will be run/used on Chromebooks company-wideLead migrations to Google Workspace from Microsoft 365, on-prem Exchange, or other platformsConfigure and manage SSO/SAML, MFA, context-aware access, DLP, and endpoint managementArchitect solutions for Drive sharing, data retention (Google Vault), and compliance requirementsAutomate administration using Google Apps Script, GAM, and Admin SDK APIsPartner with IT, Security, and business teams on rollout, change management, and user adoptionEvaluate and integrate third-party tools and Google Workspace Marketplace appsProvide Tier 3 support and create documentation/runbooks for IT operationsStay current on Google Workspace roadmap, Gemini for Workspace, and recommend improvementsRequired Qualifications5+ years administering Google Workspace at enterprise scale (500+ users)2+ years in an architect or lead engineer roleDeep expertise in Admin Console, Gmail routing, Drive, and identity/access managementExperience with Google Cloud Identity, GCP fundamentals, and directory sync (GCDS)Strong understanding of security best practices: DLP, encryption, Vault, audit logsScripting/automation experience (Apps Script, Python, GAM)Google Workspace Administrator or Professional Collaboration Engineer certificationPreferred QualificationsGoogle Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud ArchitectExperience with large-scale migrations and M&A integrationsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 coexistenceITIL or change management experienceWhat Success Looks LikeA secure, well-governed Workspace environment with minimal downtimeHigh user adoption and satisfactionClear policies for sharing, retention, and access that meet compliance needs#IND-Telecom About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
