We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Best Buy retail store. Your ultimate goal is simple: maximize Google Pixel & Fitbit sales in your location. You will serve as the relentless in-store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to get Pixel & Fitbit devices into the hands of customers. You will not only drive your own direct sales but also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Best Buy retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and effectively multiplying your sales impact on the floor. Responsibilities
- Drive Relentless Growth: Take complete ownership of increasing Pixel & Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within the store.
- Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices
- Over-Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Empower the Best Buy Team: Build strategic relationships with Best Buy store associates. Coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel & Fitbit to their own customers.
- Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel & Fitbit, demonstrating cutting-edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal.
