About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow.
  • Be responsible for managing 3PL vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
  • Manage performance to the aligned service level agreements ensuring business continuity.
  • Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies.
  • Manage third-party logistics partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account.
  • Manage and monitor metrics for KPIs, vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements.
  • Recognize improvement opportunities to the cost or quality of services to be provided.
  • Be proactive in turning these thoughts into a documented business case, present the business case to your peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes, creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting supply chain, logistics, or vendor relations.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA, Master's degree in a related field, or CSCMP certification.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience with data center logistics.

Pay

$111,000 - $160,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
