Responsibilities

• Act as a technical partner on-site or directly with clients to drive AI adoption.
• Rapidly prototype to go from ideation to PoC / pilots.
• Develop, debug, and deploy Generative AI applications (e.g., agentic workflows, RAG systems, MCP servers etc.) using Python.
• Architect solutions that connect Google's AI products with customer legacy infrastructure, APIs, and databases.
• Solve complex blockers to production, including data readiness, model latency, and system evaluation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., FDE, Solutions Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with API development, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise Platform and Google data services (e.g., Big Query etc.).
• Experience with Databricks delta lake and other parts of the Databricks data stack.
• Experience with Agent building technologies (e.g., ADK, A2A, MCP etc.).
• Experience with Agent Ontologies and memory management.
• 5+ years of Wealth / Asset Management experience.
• High agency, ability to operate under ambiguity, and a "product" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud products.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems and advanced prompt engineering.
