The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Company description: "With more than 225 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for nearly five million residents worldwide. Our 11,000+ team members lead the industry with unrivaled education, expertise, and trailblazing innovation. For more than 43 years, Associa has brought positive impact and meaningful value to communities. To learn more, visit www.associaonline.com." This is company boilerplate, but it's substantive about the company. Could be an "About the company" section. - Job Description: "Golf Marshal/Starters are responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed in addition to providing guests high quality customer service." This is an overview. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: There's a list of duties. The posting has two parts: "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" and then "Starter Duties And Responsibilities" and "Marshalling the golf course" and "Operating the Starter Shack" and "End of Shift". These are all responsibilities. I should combine them into a Responsibilities section with a list. - Compensation: "$19.50/hour; direct experience highly considered." This is Pay. - Employment Type: "Part Time" - this could be Schedule. - Work Location: "42500 Portola Ave, Palm Desert, CA 92260" - location. - Requirements: "General knowledge of Golf Course operations. Ability to lift over 25 lbs. Excellent Customer Service" - these are requirements. - Education and/or Experience: "High school diploma or its equivalent." - Qualifications. - License/Permits/Certifications Required: "Valid Driver's License and State mandated vehicle insurance. Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification" - Qualifications/Certifications. - Language Skills: "The candidate must have good written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, and with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing." - Skills. - Availability: "Regular business hours and after regular business hours, as necessary. Weekend, holidays, and shift work as necessary." - Schedule. - EEO statement: "We are an equal opportunity employer..." - boilerplate, remove. I need to structure sections with h3 headings. Possible sections: - About the role (or Job Overview) - Responsibilities (combining all duties) - Requirements (or Qualifications) - Skills (Language Skills) - Pay (Compensation) - Schedule (Employment Type, Availability) - Location (Work Location) But the rules say: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So I should group related items. Let me think about the sections: 1. About the role: Could include the job description paragraph and maybe company description? The company description is about Associa, not the role. Might be better to have a brief "About the company" but the rules say "About the role" as example. The job description paragraph is about the role. I'll include that as a prose paragraph under "About the role". 2. Responsibilities: All the duties listed. They are many, so a list. 3. Requirements: The requirements bullet points (General knowledge, Ability to lift, Excellent Customer Service). Also Education, Licenses, Language Skills, Availability could be separate or combined. The rules mention "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills" as possible headings. I could have a "Requirements" section that includes education, licenses, skills, and availability. But the rules say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting has specific content for each. However, to avoid many thin sections, I can combine. Let's see: The posting has "Requirements" (three bullet points), "Education and/or Experience", "License/Permits/Certifications Required", "Language Skills", "Availability". These are all requirements/qualifications. I could make a "Requirements" section with sub-lists? But the HTML should be simple: h3 then ul/li. I could have multiple ul under the same h3? That's okay. Or I could have separate h3 for each? The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So they expect separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So if each has only one or two items, maybe combine. Let's examine each: - Requirements: three items (General knowledge, Ability to lift, Excellent Customer Service) - Education: one item (High school diploma) - Licenses: two items (Driver's license, Alcohol Beverage Control certification) - Language Skills: one paragraph (good written communication, ability to communicate effectively) - Availability: two sentences (Regular business hours..., Weekend, holidays...) These are all related to what the candidate needs. I could create a "Requirements" section that includes all of these as a list. But the list items would be mixed: some are bullet points, some are prose. The rule: "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So for prose, use p. For lists, use ul/li. I could structure:

      Requirements

      • General knowledge of Golf Course operations
      • Ability to lift over 25 lbs
      • Excellent Customer Service

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License and State mandated vehicle insurance; Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification.

Language Skills: Good written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Availability: Regular business hours and after regular business hours as necessary; weekends, holidays, and shift work as necessary.

That seems reasonable. Alternatively, separate sections: "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Schedule". But "Qualifications" might be education and licenses. "Skills" might be language skills. "Schedule" might be availability and employment type. The posting also has "Compensation" and "Employment Type" and "Work Location". These are specific. I'll create sections: - About the role (with company description? The company description is about Associa. Could be a separate "About the company" but the rules don't mention that. The example headings include "About the role". I'll include the job description paragraph and maybe the company description as a paragraph under "About the role" or separate. Since the company description is not about the role, but about the employer. The rules say "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Golf Marshal/Starters". The page already shows it. So I shouldn't have a heading for the job title. The company description could be a short paragraph at the top, maybe under "About the company" but not in the example headings. The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So "About the role" is an example. I'll use "About the role" for the job description paragraph. The company description could be a separate "About the company" but not in examples. I think it's okay to include a brief company description as a paragraph before sections, but the output should be only the HTML fragment. I'll include a paragraph for company description, then sections. But the rules: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So I can start with a paragraph. Let's structure:
