We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring team members for the Golf Service Associate position who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information needed to enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to enhance the player experience.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear for an enjoyable game.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance to players.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment for all guests.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating fun experiences.
• A strong team-player mentality with a focus on collaboration.
• A passion for delivering exceptional player experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying items throughout the shift.
• Capability to remain on your feet for most of the day, with frequent walking.
• Endurance to maintain energy and pace in a high-volume, active work environment.

Pay

$14.00 per hour.
