What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Golf Service Associate

• A positive attitude
• A team mentality
• A focus on Player experience
• Ability to thrive in a popular environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (optional)

Role and Interaction with Players

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment

Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers

• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting
• Offer players helpful guidance and recommendations

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Be on your feet for most of the day
• Engage in a variety of physical activities
• Have a can-do attitude
• Have endurance for high-volume working environments
