Golf Services Assistant

About the role

The Kiawah Island Club is seeking a Golf Services Assistant to support Members at Tom Fazio's River Course and Tom Watson's Cassique golf courses. These courses are exclusive to Kiawah Island Club Members and their guests, known for their challenging courses in Kiawah's natural environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend golf carts and carry bags for Members
• Operate the practice tee and bag room
• Assist with junior golf clinics and club events

Requirements

• Strong golf background
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (for golf bags)
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Local candidate who can interview in person
• Prior experience working at a private golf facility preferred
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of golf course operations
• Customer service skills
