The primary purpose of this position is to check in golfers for tee times, direct members and guests to all areas of the resort, answer phone calls, and inform people of different resort activities. Every role contributes to upholding our treasured culture, performs their job duties consistently, and handles other job duties as assigned in our ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet members/guests and direct to resort amenities.
- Check-in members/guests for golf and assist with merchandise purchases.
- Utilize tee time computer system.
- Handle high volume telephone inquiries.
- Assist professional staff with corporate outings and member tournaments.
- Handle customer relation concerns/issues.
- Responsible for keeping Golf Shop neat and clean throughout the day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
- Walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Multi-task throughout each shift.
Work Environment
- Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
