About the Role
Full‑time Assistant Golf Pro responsible for providing quality golf instruction, equipment fitting, tournament coordination, and supporting the golf shop and course operations in an upscale resort environment.

Pay
Competitive wage, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Off‑season: assist with outside service shifts, cover for staff vacations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the golf industry.
- Apprentice or member of the PGA of America.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group golf instruction, utilizing golf teaching video software.
- Custom‑fit players with golf equipment.
- Run golf tournament schedule and member tournament program under the direction of the Director of Golf.
- Provide club repair services to members and guests.
- Supervise the golf handicap system.
- Play golf with members and guests when time allows.
- Work in the Golf Shop as needed.
- Maintain proper course markings, including hazard stakes, out‑of‑bounds stakes, and yardages.
- Report staff and golf operation issues to the Director of Golf.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
