About the Role

Join the Golf Shop team at Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort as a seasonal associate. You’ll provide quick, friendly, and efficient service to resort guests and golf course patrons while fostering positive relationships with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests around the cart barn.
• Keep cart barn and practice areas clean and inviting at all times.
• Clean and wash carts regularly, ensuring an adequate supply is staged in front of the cart barn.
• Fetch rental clubs, clean them, and return them to storage.
• Set up, maintain, and pick up the practice range.
• Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments.
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Golf knowledge preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass Ruttger’s background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, lift, push, pull, and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to move objects weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
• Exhibit stellar guest service and maintain a regular attendance record.
