Golf Outside Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot upkeep.
• Assists in setting up and executing golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area and cart wash down area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Prepares golf carts for play according to Troon Golf standards.
• Trains players on course and cart policies, and assists with spike changes.
• Maintains the practice facility and ball inventory during play.
• Directs the start of play when necessary.
• Records and cleans rented golf clubs upon return.
• Supports food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs after play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months to a year of customer service experience or training

• Regular and reliable attendance
