Responsibilities

• Greet golfers on the first tee
• Check receipts for payment and record basic golfer information
• Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups
• Inform golfers as to basic rules and the pace of play policy
• Work with Rangers to monitor the pace of play policy and intervene when necessary
• Maintain a positive customer experience for players

Requirements

• Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required
• Basic knowledge of golf preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
